Quick Pass Arrival – Terminal Assistance
Our team member will meet customers at the arrival gate with a signboard reading “The Premium Lounge / Marhaba” along with their names. Since we already have all customer details, they will be guided directly through the immigration process. Meanwhile, another team member will assist with locating and retrieving the passengers’ luggage from the baggage claim area. After clearing customs, the customer will be escorted to their driver at the terminal parking area. This service does not include access to the lounge.
Quick Pass Departure – Terminal Assistance
Our lounge host will greet customers at the terminal with a sign that reads “The Premium Lounge / Marhaba” along with their name. Customers will be escorted and fast-tracked through the check-in, security, and immigration processes. Our lounge host will then accompany them to the departure gate, where they can wait comfortably until boarding. This service does not include access to the lounge.
