Upon arrival, our staff will greet customers with a signboard reading “Marhaba & The Premium Lounge” along with their names. Customers will complete necessary checks with Port Health and proceed directly to the lounge located within the terminal. Once in the lounge, guests can relax with complimentary snacks and drinks while our team assists with immigration procedures and baggage handling. Their luggage will be brought to the lounge, and once ready, customers will be escorted to the VIP parking area where their drivers will be waiting.
